    Centum-D is inviting a Lead Generation Specialist to join our amazing Sales team. If
    you’re passionate about connecting with clients and helping drive business growth,
    this role is for you.

    What You’ll Do

    • Search for and analyze high-quality leads on Upwork.
    • Communicate with potential clients and craft personalized proposals.
    • Optimize the company’s Upwork profile for better visibility and conversions.
    • Identify new opportunities to expand our client base.
    • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to convert leads into clients.
    • Maintain reporting on lead generation efficiency.

    What We Expect

    • 1+ year of experience in lead generation for an IT service company.
    • Solid understanding of how Upwork works.
    • Basic knowledge of IT sales principles.
    • Excellent written English (B2+).
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
