    What You’ll Do

    • Write code (yes, we’re looking for a hands-on leader).
    • Design project architectures and technical solutions.
    • Lead development teams and ensure delivery quality.
    • Participate in pre-sales together with our sales team: meet clients, define technical approaches, prepare proposals.

    What We Expect

    • Experience with multiple programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Golang, or Python) to provide expert-level guidance on technology choices.
    • Strong background with Docker, microservice architecture, and understanding of DevOps practices.
    • Previous experience in outsourcing companies and direct interaction with international clients.
    • Proven track record of leading teams or projects.
    • Fluent English for client communication.
