A customer contacted our company in order to develop bot telegrams for the quest marathon "The Game is Just Beginning" - a cool and exciting online project dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Technoopttorg-Trade. In order for each employee to have the opportunity to share the holiday atmosphere under quarantine conditions, COVID 2019, it was decided to develop an interactive bot to develop employee engagement and loyalty during such a difficult period.

Problem

It is necessary to create a custom telegram bot for running an online marathon.

Workflow

On the basis of the received requirements, a technical assignment was created and agreed with the client, after which we proceeded to the direct implementation of the project.

Process

1 The first stage is the analysis of customer requirements and the development of technical specifications.
2 The second stage is the development of the functional part of the bot telegrams.
3 The third stage is writing content for the online marathon and moderating the online marathon at all stages of its holding.

Summary

As a result, an interesting interactive telegram bot was created, where all employees of the company had the opportunity to communicate, complete tasks, publish video congratulations with the ability to vote, collect points and compete for the main prizes of the online marathon.
Also, a separate administrative panel was developed written in PHP for managing and administering the bot.
